  On September 25, 2023, AITC had the distinct honor of hosting a visit by the Small Business Administration (SBA) Director Isabella Casillas Guzmán, Congressmen Darren Soto and Maxwell Frost, at its state-of-the-art Orlando facilities. This visit not only underscores AITC's impact as a success story for Hispanic owned businesses, but also serves as a testament to the company's pivotal role in advancing technology solutions for the nation's defense and federal sectors. 

  Meeting with AITC provided a unique opportunity for these esteemed officials to witness firsthand the innovative work underway at AITC while acknowledging the exceptional achievements of Retired Army Lieutenant Colonel Gabriel Ruiz, Founder of AITC. 

  Mr. Ruiz is a renowned entrepreneur and military leader in the realm of Information Technologies, Cyber Security and Simulation Systems. Hailing from Arecibo, Puerto Rico, he earned his degree in Computer Science from the University of Puerto Rico, Bayamón campus. Furthermore, he is a source of great pride for Puerto Rico, and in August 2023, AITC received the prestigious honor of being named the SBA 8(a) Graduate of the Year for 2023 in both the Region IV District and the North Florida Region.

• AITC Announces Key Leadership Promotions and Appointments to Drive Growth and Expansion (Nov 24, 2023)

  We are thrilled to share some exciting news that underscores AITC LLC's commitment to its growth and expansion initiatives. Our company has made several significant leadership promotions and appointments to bolster our management team.

  Gabriel Ruiz, Founder and Managing Principal, has assumed a new role as a Member of the FVLCRUM/AITC LLC Board of Directors. In addition to his responsibilities as a Board Member, Gabriel will continue to play a crucial role in Business Development, with a primary focus on expanding AITC LLC's presence in international markets, beginning with Puerto Rico. He will be working within the International Programs Management Operation (PMO).

  David E. Gardner has been promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer and President of AITC LLC. In this role, David will have overarching responsibility for all organizations and staff, business functions and performance, business vision and plans, revenue and profit growth, and P&L. He will also focus on nurturing key client and partner relationships to expand AITC LLC's business to achieve the $100M revenue target by the 2026-2027 timeframe.

  Humberto Ravelo has been promoted to Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). In this capacity, Bert will oversee all Support and Infrastructure organizations, including HR/Recruitment, MARCOM, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, and Facilities Management. His key priorities will include enhancing staff support and resource growth at AITC LLC, particularly in modernizing infrastructure and business processes to align with the company's continued expansion. All Support and Infrastructure Organizations will report directly to Bert, who will, in turn, report to the CEO/President.

  Merrill David Balleweg has taken on the role of Chief, International Sales, based in AITC LLC's Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Office. Dave's responsibilities encompass expanding business operations in the Middle East, starting with Saudi Arabia, as well as engaging in international pursuits in other countries, including Belgium, Germany, South Korea, and more. Dave and the International Sales Staff will report directly to the CEO/President. A new hire for the KSA Program Manager position in Saudi Arabia will replace Dave.

  Steven Hinksman has been promoted to International Program Management Office (IPMO) Manager, responsible for overseeing all international programs secured and post-award. Steve will continue to be based in the Orlando Office and will now oversee the KSA Program, reporting directly to Wells Barlow, Chief Orlando Operations.

  Matt Page will lead the establishment, development, and management of the new AITC Cybersecurity, Engineering, and IT Guild. This centralized organization will address complex technical requirements and solutions across all AITC LLC organizations, focusing on ongoing programs, new bid pursuits, proposal development, and awarded task technical implementation. Only the best technical talent in AITC and industry will work in the Tech Guild. An objective to become and sustain the World Class Tech Team is certifications and training.   Matt, in collaboration with Adam Feldman, will also oversee the Corporate IT Support Group, supporting employee IT needs, and the construction of AITC's new Zero Trust network, a pioneering cyber industry application for a firm of AITC's size.

• AITC Wins $990M Army’s Network Enterprise Center's (NEC) Information Management Communications Services IV (IMCS IV) (Nov 24, 2023)

  (Winter Springs, Fla.) – Advanced IT Concepts (AITC), Inc., a leading systems integration firm providing Information Technology (IT), Cybersecurity, Training, Simulation and Professional Services and Solutions to the Department of Defense (DoD) and federal government, was awarded a prime contract under the Army’s Network Enterprise Center's (NEC) Information Management Communications Services IV (IMCS IV) program with a maximum ordering of $990M.  The five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract was awarded to twenty-eight additional firms. 

  Under the contract, AITC will provide information and communication technology support to the U.S. Army’s Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM).   AITC’s contract support will come from its new $3.5M Southwest office location in Sierra Vista, AZ, and from its dedicated Program Management Office (PMO) who will provide technical and contracts administration, operation, and support.   This contract will further support the full spectrum of Army Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) services delivery for 7th Signal Brigade NECs, Army Material Command (AMC), National Guard and Joint Based Installations throughout CONUS and Puerto Rico.

• AITC Awarded Task Order Contract for IT Project Management and Quality Assurance/Control Support (Nov 24, 2023)

  (Winter Springs, Fla.) – Advanced IT Concepts (AITC), Inc., a leading systems integration firm specializing in IT, cybersecurity, training, simulation, and professional services for the Department of Defense (DoD) and federal government, is proud to announce that it has been awarded a significant task order contract by the U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC) for IT project management and quality assurance/control (QA/QC). This contract further solidifies AITC's position as a trusted provider of innovative solutions to government agencies.

  Under this contract, AITC will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of IT projects for USAISEC.  AITC's expertise in project management and QA/QC will be utilized to maintain project costs, schedules, performance, and quality in alignment with USAISEC's requirements.
