Since 2004 RPS has been offering 3D printing, Direct Digital Manufacturing & Rapid Prototyping. Our seven large bed 3D printing machines can make parts as large as 36*24*36 inches. We make parts out of ABS, ABS-ESD7, NYLON-12, , NYLON-CF, POLYCARBONATE, PC/ABS, ULTEM 9085/1010 and POLYPHYNELSULFONE. RPS offers advanced product development services including 3D cad modeling, prototyping, low volume production, appearance models, tooling and fixtures.
