    Orlando, Florida – November 28, 2022 – Metris Global (“Metris”), a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, committed to delivering the most effective, most comprehensive array of organizational and human performance improvement solutions, announced this week the relocation of its global headquarters to Orlando, Florida, and its acceptance into the University of Central Florida (UCF) Business Incubation Program.

    The UCF Business Incubation Program offers help for growing businesses throughout Central Florida, stretching from Daytona Beach to Kissimmee. The program specifically targets companies with the ability to scale in size, adding jobs to the local region. In addition, the program specializes in helping businesses looking to expand or relocate to Central Florida.

    “We have experienced steady growth since our founding and have built incredibly valuable relationships within the services of the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security,” said Thomas Heckens, CEO of Metris Global.  “As we continue to grow and expand our services, however, it became increasingly clear that Orlando was where we needed to be. Becoming part of the Team Orlando community, along with our acceptance into the UCF Business Incubation Program, will play an important role in our company’s future growth.”

    Metris plans to fill all future strategic administrative positions in Orlando, including business development, finance, human resources, program and contract management, marketing, and others.

    The University of Central Florida Business Incubation Program is a community resource that provides early-stage companies with the tools, training and infrastructure to become financially stable, high growth/impact enterprises. Since 1999, this award-winning program has provided vital business development resources resulting in over 300 local startup companies reaching their potential faster and graduating into the community where they continue to grow and positively impact the local economy.
