The acquisition expands JANUS' suite of capabilities and solutions through the addition of Cape Henry's proprietary Data Science and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning ("AI/ML") products, "LightHouse" and "FogLifter", and their innovative manpower and personnel analysis and training processes and tools. These additions complement JANUS' growing capabilities in data science and AI/ML solutions and further strengthen JANUS' ongoing delivery of mission-critical services.
