ESGR, a Department of Defense program, was established in 1972 to promote cooperation and understanding between Reserve Component Service members and their civilian employers and to assist in the resolution of conflicts arising from an employee's military commitment.
Our mission is multi-tasked. First, to provide awareness to employers about the attributes and benefits of hiring our transitioning military, Guard, Reservists, as well as their spouses. And, secondly to educate our Guard and Reserve members of their rights and obligations under the Federal USERRA Laws.
