Exhibitor Personnel Registration - NOW OPEN!
Exhibitor registration is included with booth fees. All confirmed exhibiting companies have been sent instructions from RHQ. All staff must be registered by the Exhibits Coordinator for their company/booth. Once registered, exhibitors are allowed access to the Exhibit Floor before, during and after open show hours. Please contact iitsecregistration@rhq.com if you have any questions regarding the registration process for exhibitors. Once the portal is open each exhibit staff member must be submitted through Exhibitor Registration Portal. Please be sure you read the Covid protocol that will be impletemented at I/ITSEC 2022. Exhibitors will be allowed to attend: MondayTutorials, Congressional Special Events, Opening Ceremonies and other Flag/General Officer presentations, as space permits; and Friday Professional Development Workshops.
Exhibitor Registration does not include: Lunches, Banquet, Meeting Materials, CEU processing, Paper Sessions, and Special Events.

Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) Registration
As a reminder please do not register EAC staff through the exhibitor registration url, EAC's must check in at the designated EAC dock desk at the OCCC.
Conference, 5K & Golf Registration
Conference, 5K and Golf fees are not included with exhibitor registration, for additional cost information and to register for the Conference, 5K and/or Golf please access directly via I/ITSEC 2022 Registration Portal click here.
Exhibit Only Registration -
Exhibits Only Registration does not include: Lunches, Banquet, Meeting Materials, CEU processing, Paper Sessions and Special Events. Also, those with Exhibits Only badges are not permitted to carry bags or briefcases (larger than a fanny pack or small purse) into the exhibit hall. Please review age restrictions at bottom of this page.
Ages twelve through fifteen are allowed on the floor during exhibit hours only and only with a parent or chaperone; children under twelve will not be granted access at any time. Youth must remain with their chaperone and students will be required to provide student ID. No one under the age of 16 will be allowed access to the exhibit hall during set up/removal periods. Photographs will be taken at I/ITSEC for use on the I/ITSEC website, sponsorship recognition, all marketing materials, public relations and all other digital and print publications. By attending I/ITSEC, you consent to the photographing and using your image and likeness.
