Please note if you elect to pay fees by check, your company name will not be advertised via the website until payment is received by NTSA.
Subletting or sharing of booths with another company is prohibited. If a company shares/sublets a booth with another company they are subject to an additional fee of $500. Contact Shannon Burch firstname.lastname@example.org for the form needed to be in compliance.
Military space will be billed at $5.00 per sq ft and is available to all Military Commands; All military space must be approved by Shannon Burch, Director of Exhibits and Sponsorships email@example.com to qualify for the military rate. No early onsite bookings allowed at this rate.
First 100 square feet (inline) will be billed at $1,000.00, thereafter industry rates (above) will prevail. Please contact Shannon Burch firstname.lastname@example.org for approval.

Booths cannot be altered from the original designs, and items included in booth packages can not be substituted. All additional items ordered, will be direct billed to the exhibitor by The Expo Group. They will contact exhibitor coordinator to confirm booth option selected, and review furnishings along with any additional accessories the exhibitor may require.

For each exhibit space that your organization occupies at I/ITSEC, your organization will be entitled to complimentary exhibitor registration. Please review Registration Tab for registration instructions. Conference registration is not included with your booth fee, for full conference registration fee's and information, please visit www.iitsec.org.
SHOW FLOOR MEETING ROOMS
Meeting rooms will be made available in the Exhibit Hall area within the Orange County Convention Center, exact location to be determined. We will not assign any meetings rooms until October 2021. NDIA/NTSA-I/ITSEC does not sell or rent mailing lists. However for I/ITSEC Exhibitors, there is an alternative. For those exhibitors who have exhibited at the previous year, or who have contracted and paid for the current year, we will pull a mail list for no charge.This list is for hard-copy only (no phone, fax or email information will be included) and is only a one time use per request.
