  • Valkyrie is pleased to announce their recent win as prime contractor to the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase III Contract for the Commander, Navy Regional Maintenance Center (CNRMC) for the Operationally Directed Instructional Network – Engineering Library (ODIN-EL). ODIN-EL will create the environment where Naval leadership can monitor progress toward achieving Navy readiness by objectively defining Apprentice, Journeyman, and Master Craftsman (AJM) Sailor proficiencies.

    This effort is an extension of the Navy Afloat Maintenance Training Strategy (NAMTS) program which is designed to improve shipboard organic maintenance, self-assessment capabilities, and material self-sufficiency with an overall goal of improving Naval fleet readiness.

Established in 1982 and headquartered in Monterey, CA, R&A provides a comprehensive, computer-based modeling and simulation solution for global wargaming for the U.S. and allied militaries. R&A’s flagship solution, the Joint Theater Level Simulation-Global Operations (JTLS-GO), is a joint operations simulation environment for multi-sided, scenario-based training exercises and contingency planning.

  • Virginia Beach, Virginia, June 7, 2021 – Valkyrie Enterprises Inc. announces that SunStone Technical Solutions, a joint venture (JV) with our business partner Solvere Technical Group, an SBA 8(a)/ EDWOSB / WOSB Certified Company, has recently been awarded a prime contract with the Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC PAC) to support the Naval Information/ Application Product Suite (NIAPS). The contract is valued at $29,737,526.

    NIAPS is a shipboard intranet web-based information system used to support, collect, distribute, and display information in a shipboard environment. It hosts an intranet that maintains information such as training courses, maintenance documents, data collection, and morale and welfare information. The system delivers maintenance, logistics, administrative, training, and management applications to sailors at sea. The work will be performed at NIWC PAC in San Diego, CA, Norfolk, VA and various United States (U.S.) Navy bases and ports worldwide.
