Exhibitor and Attendee Guidelines: All exhibitors and attendees must submit their vaccination status during the registration process and adhere to the Attendance and Mask Policies as noted on the COVID-19 Health Safety Information pages in order to gain entry to I/ITSEC 2021.  The main exhibitor coordinator will be able to register each individual staff person but will not complete the individual attestation forms.   Each exhibitor personnel will then be required to go back into their record and complete the attestation form.

Exhibitor registration is included with booth fees.  All confirmed exhibitors have been sent instructions from RHQ once the portal is open.    Please contact iitsecregistration@rhq.com if you have any questions regarding the registration process for exhibitors. Once the portal is open each exhibit staff member must be submitted through Exhibitor Registration Portal.  Please be sure you read the Covid protocol that will be impletemented at I/ITSEC.   The link for the Covid protocol is above this paragragh.   

Exhibitors will be allowed to attend Tutorials, Opening Ceremonies and Signature Events at no additional charge, look for upcoming information on these important events.

Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) Registration
As a reminder please do not register EAC staff through the exhibitor registration url, EAC's must check in at the designated EAC dock desk at the OCCC.

Conference & Golf Registration
Conference/Golf fees are not included with exhibitor registration, for additional cost information and to register for the Conference and/or Golf please access directly via I/ITSEC 2021 Registration Portal click here.   

Exhibit Only Registration
If you wish to visit the Exhibit Hall only during I/ITSEC, Monday will be at no charge, therefafter the fee will be $75 fee if you are an industry attendee, and no charge if you are a government attendee.


Attendance at Paper Sessions and Special Events are not included, nor are meals, meeting bags or supplies. Also, those with Exhibits Only badges are not permitted to carry bags or briefcases (larger than a fanny pack or small purse) into the exhibit hall. Please review age restrictions at bottom of this page.


Ages twelve through fifteen are allowed on the floor during exhibit hours only and only with a parent or chaperone; children under twelve will not be granted access at any time. Youth must remain with their chaperone and students will be required to provide student ID. No one under the age of 16 will be allowed access to the exhibit hall during set up/removal periods.  Photographs will be taken at I/ITSEC for use on the I/ITSEC website, sponsorship recognition, all marketing materials, public relations and all other digital and print publications. By attending I/ITSEC, you consent to the photographing and using your image and likeness.
