EXHIBIT HALL MEETING ROOMS
Meeting rooms will be made available in the Exhibit Hall area within the Orange County Convention Center, exact location to be determined. Meeting rooms will be assigned October 2024, no early assignments will be made and a meeting room contract must be completed with payment in order to be placed on the waiting list.  The request forms are below.   If you are an exhibitor with a booth, please use the form for exhibitors.   If you are not exhibiting in a booth and only want a meeting room, please use the form for non-exhibitors.
