Exhibiting Company Representatives will be required to register and wear a badge at all times in order to gain access into the exhibit hall through Friday, 6 December 2024. Exhibitor badges will be ready for pickup starting 0800 Wednesday, 7 November 2024. To ensure that the registration lines move quickly, each designated Exhibit Booth Coordinator will be allowed to pick up additional badges for booth staff. If the coordinator intends to pick up all badges; please ensure that all staff are aware, as there will be a charge of $25 to reprint badges.
Exhibit Personnel Registration
Exhibitor registration is included with booth fees and exhibiting companies are allocated as many staff badges as required to man their booth during show hours.
Exhibitors will be allowed to attend Monday Tutorials, Congressional Special Event, Opening Ceremonies, and Friday Professional Development Workshops. Access to these sessions will be allowed after paid conference attendees have been seated. To guarantee early access to all sessions, exhibitor staff are invited to upgrade their staff badges to full conference. Individual lunch and banquet tickets may be purchased a la carte on site as well.
Exhibitor Registration does not include Meeting Materials, Paper Sessions, Special Events, Lunches, Banquet or CEU processing.
To register your exhibit personnel: Please login to Exhibitor Registration using your company name and your Exhibitor Console password.
Add exhibit personnel: Begin adding booth personnel by clicking the Manage Group tab on the registration dashboard. You must complete all fields then select "Add" at the bottom of the screen. Any balance dues will be displayed on this page.
To edit or update exhibit personnel: If you need to change exhibit personnel, you may do so within the Exhibitor Registration Portal. Replace the name of the person who is not attending, by simply typing over the current registrant and select the "update" button; all information of the original registrant will be saved under the new registrant's name.
Upgrade Your Exhibit Personnel Registration to Full Conference
Exhibit booth staff must first register with their company coordinator, and will then have the opportunity to upgrade their exhibitor staff badge to an Full Conference badge. Once registered as exhibit staff you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to upgrade your registration to include all sessions, meals, and banquet.

Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) Registration
Do not register booth set up only labor as exhibitor personnel; instead, select "Exhibit Setup Labor" from the menu of options. As a reminder EAC’s must also check in at the designated EAC dock desk at the OCCC to receive a wristband. Please note that Exhibitor Personnel can be on the floor for set-up with their Exhibitor badge and do not need a “setup badge” in addition.
Exhibit Only Registration
Exhibits Only Registration does not include Lunches, Banquet, Meeting Materials, CEU processing, Paper Sessions, and Special Events. If you are exhibitor personnel, do not register for Exhibits Only. Please follow the instructions above for exhibiting companies. Also, those with Exhibits Only badges are not permitted to carry bags or briefcases (larger than a fanny pack or small purse) into the exhibit hall. Ages twelve through fifteen are allowed on the floor during exhibit hours only and only with a parent or chaperone; children under twelve will not be granted access at any time. Youth must remain with their chaperone and students will be required to provide student ID. No one under the age of 16 will be allowed access to the exhibit hall during set up/removal periods. Photographs will be taken at I/ITSEC for use on the I/ITSEC website, sponsorship recognition, all marketing materials, public relations and all other digital and print publications. By attending I/ITSEC, you consent to the photographing and using your image and likeness.
